Q. How can we pay for the inspection?
A. We’ve tried to make it very convenient to pay. We accept cash, check and credit or debit card ( Visa, MasterCard or Discover).

Q.   Do you provide a written report ?
A.   Yes, since we abide by the American Society of Home Inspectors Standards of
       Practice & the Laws of the State of Georgia, we provide a written report which
       includes all the topics shown on the home page of this website.

Q.   When do we get the report ?
A.   Generally we deliver the report by email either the evening of the inspection or
       the next day.

Q.   How do we know, that you or your inspectors know what to look for.
A.   Well, this is a very difficult question to answer but let me answer it this way:
        1) I am a homeowner and have been a homeowner for well over 40 years;
        2) also a graduate engineer and have been looking at things in detail for most
            of my life;
        3) have been in the inspection business for over 20 years and have gotten paid
            to look at houses by people like you many thousands of times;
        4) have taught both inspectors & Realtors and continue to teach, instruct &
            train all associated with my business;
        5) and I am certified & maintain these certifications by ASHI, GAHI & ICC
            as a Home Inspector, by having taken examinations and by attending
            continuing education in all phases of home inspection.
        6) Each inspecting employee must also be certified by at least one of the
            professional organizations shown in #5 above.
